Develop a model for the development of managers' communication talent (Case study: Monetary and banking services)

Abstract :
Inrecent decades, talent-based development is one of the concerns in organizations and managers' communication talents are one of the effective dimensions in the optimal performance of managers. With this philosophy of thought, the present study has been conducted with the aim of identifying, counting and determining the communication talent of bank managers. To achieve this, first, the literature and background of managers' talents with an emphasis on communication talent were reviewed and interview questions were developed. In the second step, the interviews were conducted in the statistical community of bank managers using purposive sampling method. In other words, the study population was a banking-university expert and the statistical sample was 21 of them. The data collection tools were interview form and the method of analysis was content analysis. Findings showed that managers' communication talents can be counted in five components: 1- personal communication skills, 2- interpersonal communication skills, 3- banking communication skills, 4- leadership skills and 5- professional credentials and 26 talents. The results of this study indicate to develop the talent of monetary and banking managers in the field of communications and information A model should be considered including personal communication skills, interpersonal communication skills, banking communication skills, leadership skills and professional credibility.
