Abstract :
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social capital and knowledge management with productivity of Mohaghegh Ardebil University staff. The statistical population of this study was all employees of Mohaghegh Ardebili University employees who served in the university during the academic year 1396-1393, of whom 230 were selected as the statistical sample of the study by simple random sampling. The research method in this research is descriptive-correlation using structural equation model. Social capital and social capital inventory and non-annotational knowledge management were used to collect data. The reliability coefficients of these questionnaires were 0.89, respectively, Kronbach's alpha, respectively, knowledge management, 87., productivity, 0.88. Obtained. The research data were gathered based on the research hypotheses and analyzed by using the LISREL software and the structural equation model. The results of this study showed that there is a significant effect between social capital and knowledge management with productivity of dashkhah staff. Therefore, it is necessary for universities to try to encourage and form professional and specialized groups and associations that cause a common identity between them and increase social capital and, of course, increase the productivity of university staff. Education is also one of the most important processes in individuals, groups and institutions and organizations to create social capital, educational processes.
